Our Client, our client is a growing residential developer with a very promising future in the industry. Primarily focusing on partnership developments their already strong pipeline is secure within the market, and as a growing business they will keep purchasingland to continue on this path of growth.

They are looking for someone who has previously worked within the commercial department for a residential developer or contractor who builds residential. Ideally this person will have previous experience running their own project if coming from a seniorposition.

**Responsibilities include**
- Maintain the computerised library of costs, including materials, labour, plant, suppliers, sub-contractors and preliminaries. Contribute to and maintain performance data files.
- Assist the land acquisition teams with cost information at site appraisal stage
- Value engineering projects and driving best value for money.
- Input on technical/design matters at the pre-contract stage to ensure economic design and construction methods are followed
- Provide cost advice to the sales team
- Prepare cost/value reconciliation and forecasting on individual contracts of actual costs to completion
- Prepare and issue budget/cost reconciliation/cost forecasting within agreed budget values
- Undertake site take off - Using company measuring software
