Performing minor fixes such as repairing broken locks
- Basic electrical works to identify issues, and replace switches, bulbs, led panels
- Basic plumbing, Changing taps, changing cisterns
- Inspect and troubleshoot water radiators
- Basic painting, patchwork, plasterboard works
- No training will be provided
- Preferred to have own tools
OYO Brentwood Hotel has more than 50 rooms, and it is always busy. There are many floors with no elevator.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
