We are a successful financial services firm looking for an enthusiastic office supervisor with a keen interest in financial services.

**JOB SPECIFICATION**

We are looking for someone who has a background in office supervision, ideally with experience in the Regulated Mortgage and Insurance sector.
- You will supervise the administration team.
- You will need to have a ‘can do’ attitude including being able to generate new leads for the advisers.
- You will work closely with the accounts department in regard to fee income collection.
- The role also involves managing the office which will include providing training, collating monthly performance reports and liaising with management.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

Ideally you will have experience of:

- Working within the financial services industry particularly with Mortgage & Insurance products.
- Managing premises and staff.
- Strong numerical and written communication skills with superb attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills.
- A good work ethic who can work under pressure in a busy and challenging environment.
- Ability to proactively use initiative to problem solve and anticipate next steps.
- Knowledge of social media and marketing.
- Building rapport and interacting with clients and providers effectively.
- Implement Processes in a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as follow direction from directors.
- Lead, train and motivate staff to achieve goals.

**Hours, Salary & Pension**
- The Hours are 9:30am-6pm Monday-Thursday & 9:30am-5:30pm Friday
- 20 Days Annual Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Company Pension Scheme
- Salary £24,000 to £30,000 depending on experience and ability

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
