- Develop and implement engaging activities and programs for residents in an Assisted Living and Nursing Home setting.
- Plan and coordinate a variety of recreational, social, and educational activities to enhance the quality of life for seniors.
- Collaborate with staff, residents, and families to assess individual needs and preferences for activity participation.
- Maintain a calendar of events and ensure activities are well-promoted and attended.
- Provide leadership and supervision to activity staff, volunteers, and external vendors.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make adjustments as needed to meet the changing needs of residents.

- Knowledge of Assisted Living, Senior Care, Dementia Care, and Nursing Home regulations and best practices.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents and create a positive community environment.
- Creativity in developing innovative programs that promote socialization, physical fitness, cognitive stimulation, and emotional well-being.
