Norse Infinity are currently recruiting a Helpdesk Administrator to join our Wigan office.

Your primary responsibility as Helpdesk Administrator will be to provide a range of administrative and customer services tasks within Norse TFM- Infinity, supporting the business to ensure a smooth running of the office and services provided. You will build and maintain professional relationships liaising with clients, tenants, suppliers and employees to deliver exemplary customer service.

On a day-to-day basis you will provide a help desk facility for building maintenance calls, prepare, monitor and distribute contract documentation for contracts and resolve or escalate queries from clients in an efficient manner.

You will have knowledge of office and administrative procedures within an office environment with the ability to work in a methodical and professional manner.
- Administration experience with knowledge of procedures and office systems
- Previous customer service/ contact centre experience
- Experience using AutoCAD or Visio for basic drawings is desirable but not essential
- Excellent IT skills with knowledge of MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to multi task and prioritise whilst maintaining a high level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work on their own initiative and part of a wider team

This role is a permanent position where you will be required to work 37 hpw, Monday to Friday.
