As a room leader you will be expected to lead the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and ensure that all children in your care receive a rich and stimulating play experience and are kept safe whilst meeting the requirements of regulatory bodies and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.

You will work closely with the Nursery Manager and Deputy to ensure the effective daily management of the nursery, whilst being responsible for the day-to-day management of your room.
