IT Administration

A brilliant opportunity for an experience Technical Compliance Officer to join a top 50 UK law firm has arisen in either; Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex or Kent (inter-office travel required).

This role is integral to the operation of the wider IT Team, ensuring that the high standards that are set are continuously met, documented, maintained, enhanced, reviewed and tracked across all disciplines in an organised an timely manner.

This will be the role for you if you're an organised individual with excellent communication skills that can thrive in a busy work environment.

You'll be responsible for:

- Supporting the Head of IT in the management of IT risks and compliance
- Working with the Risk and Compliance Team to manage relevant certifications, primarily ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and Cyber Essentials Plus
- Support technical administrative duties
- Measurement and reporting on the effective utilisation of IT Services
- Assist with the IT budget, management and forecasting
- Supporting business development activities in response to data and cyber security RFPs
- Building team relationships and assisting them to meet IT admin and compliance goals

In order to be considered you'll need:

- Experience managing ISO 27001 or similar
- Experience/willingness to learn and implement ITIL processes
- Data protection/cyber security or similar compliance experience and qualifications
- Experience as an auditor
- Great organisation
- Excellent communication skills in writing and verbally
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 technologies
