**About the role**

Here at Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust, we are seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to help us deliver our customer focused, 'right first time’ approach to all responsive repair and planned work. You will help to see that repairs are completed to a high standard,within time and on budget, and help us to meet our residents’ high expectations.

Many of our homes are in the local conservation area where you’ll contribute to the development of improvement programmes, estate repairs and the sustainability of communities.
