Hain Daniels are currently recruiting a Payroll administrator to assist in providing an effective payroll service to the company, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of employees salaries.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and Process all fortnightly, four weekly and monthly paid employee salaries
- Accurately maintain the employee database
- Process new starters, leavers and changes in salary entitlements
- Prepare and process HMRC reports
- Ensure HMRC guidelines are met and the correct tax codes are used
- Work closely with wider HR team
- Liaise with pension providers to set up auto-enrolment accurately
- Process Expense Claims

**What you will need for the role / what it will take**
- Proven experience gained working in a similar Payroll environment
- Knowledge of pensions auto-enrolment and payroll legislation
- Experience of SAGE 50 Payroll
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Numerate and detail orientated
