**Dye Sublimation Production Operative/Team Leader**

Badgemaster will be taking on an entirely new range of products with a new set of customer accounts, with sales split 50% UK and 50% export, the products will be sold into multi-faceted international brands and a whole array of smaller independents all in the leisure and hospitality sector.

With an industry leading product and an industry leading distribution brand we are looking for a talented dye sublimation production operative.

We’re looking for someone who is resourceful and skilled when it comes to helping the day-to
- day operations of a busy company.

We are seeking an enthusiastic team player to join our Digital printing team as a Dye

**Job duties include**:

- Operating digital equipment
- Reporting discrepancies on job information and defects in material or completed print to supervisor.
- Ability to rip art files for printing
- Understanding of the dye sub process.
- Adequate computer skills.
- Perform daily maintenance as well as set up, print, and break down
- Assist with finishing, fabrication, and packing
- Must be able to diagnose and repair machine problems and communicate with the service provider
- Keeping the department clean and hazard free
- Stocking materials and reporting low inventory

**Hours**

36.5 Monday-Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm with 2x 15 minutes unpaid break.

A shift rotation maybe needed of **WEEK ONE-** 6:00am-2:00pm Monday to Thursday and Friday

6:00am-1:00pm. **WEEK TWO-** 1:45pm-9:45pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 12:45pm
- 7:45pm with two 15 minutes unpaid break each day.

From £10.42 per hour depending on skills and experience.
