- Production Operative
- Our client, a well-established and successful company based in Kirkbymoorside, is looking to appoint a number of Production Operatives to join their busy team on an ongoing basis. This role has come available due to a recent influx of work.
- As a Production Operative, your primary responsibilities will include collating, packing, stacking, and cracking, while maintaining a strong focus on attention to detail. Previous experience in a factory production environment is highly desired.
- Hours : 7am - 3pm, increasing to 7am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Salary : £11.50 per hour
- The Production Operative role will involve the following tasks:
- Collate and pack products according to specified guidelines and standards.
- Safely and efficiently stack products or materials in designated areas.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
- Operate machinery or equipment necessary for the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor or manager.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a factory production environment is highly desired.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work different shifts if required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
