Night Caretaker

Are you an experienced Caretaker with experience of working night shifts and used to caring for the maintenance of a building? Have you overseen planned maintenance duties and overseen 3rd party contractors? Have you worked in Purpose Built Student Accommodation or a similar setting? If the answer is yes then we’d love to hear from you.

**The role**

As a Night Caretaker you will maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of sites, carry out basic maintenance work within the site(s) and report any health and safety issues or/and compliance concerns.

**Qualifications and Experience**

Previous Out of Hours Caretaking experience in a same or similar role i.e. Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Hospitality, Leisure, Sales setting is desirable.
