**Hours**: Week 1- 6am-2pm / Week 2- 2pm-10pm

Job role

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Administrator to join us in Lincoln. In this role, you will be required to undertake various online jobs to assist the supervisors and managers to ensure the business runs efficiently.

**The role is responsible for**:
Working predominantly on an electronic system (Cormap)
Working through the work orders that technicians fill out through the wheelset processes - checking all information is correct
Ensuring all wheelsets have all the work orders necessary assigned to the work pack
Attaching the relevant materials and documents to work orders
Carrying out many Cormap transactions, Axle swaps, installing/uninstalling materials, moving materials from various locations, scrapping of assets.
Creating work packs for incoming and new wheelsets for the technicians to work too
Finding and checking relevant information about the incoming wheelsets regarding bearing information, gearbox overhauls and standard overhauls
Assigning work orders to the technicians at the beginning of shifts and throughout
Sending out Briefs and four steps to zero harm questionnaire at the beginning of shifts
Checking that all the Technicians have agreed to the above on the online report and informing supervisors of any relevant information
Filling out online spreadsheets
Processing bearings on Cormap

To be considered for the Technical Administrator role you must have the below skills and experience:
Administration experience
General office skills
Good organisational skills
Comfortable with working in a factory environment
Microsoft Excel skills
Experience working on a CRM system
