Interim Income Finance Officer

Our client requires an enthusiastic Income Finance Officer to start as soon as possible for a contract to permanent position.

The role would suit a passionate finance professional who has extensive experience processing income and chasing debt.

**Duties**:

- Ensure invoices are raised in a timely manner
- Set up new service users details on the invoicing system
- Liaise proactively with business unit employees to establish agreed billing periods, invoice addresses and contact details
- Contribute to the change programme to automate invoice production
- Assist with the management of the month end and year end processes
- Ensure control and suspense accounts are reconciled and month end reports are submitted for Management Accounts

Essential:

- Qualified AAT or CCAB part qualified
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting practices
- Experience of using a large ERP system
