**Automotive Parts Supervisor needed in Newmarket, Suffolk.**
**Salary £30K - £32K + Bonus.**

Our client is part of a large HGV dealer group with multiple sites across the UK - providing sales and aftersales for their specific market.

**Parts Supervisor Job Description**:

- To meet all sales KPI’s relating to the Parts operation, in line with set budgets.
- Maintain positive relationship activity / communication between Dealerpoint and Retail Sales Centre in order to maximise Customer Satisfaction and profitability
- Run front and back counters
- Appropriately address any training and development needs identified within the department, to improve Parts Operational Processes.
- Pick and deliver correct parts to customers and workshop on time
- Complete relevant documentation including invoices etc.
- Build and develop customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Work together with the workshop and other departments
- Return warranty and service exchange units regularly
- Receive and inspect all packages delivered, resolving any problems
- Stock Management with DSM
- Parts ordering
- Control stock in cost effective manner
- Control VOR/Freight charge costs
- Chase Supplier Credits

**The Successful Parts Supervisor**:

- Knowledge of parts systems
- Current driving license
- Ability to work under pressure with a solution driven approach
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer literate
