As an 7.5T multidrop driver at our Fresh Direct Bicester Depot you’ll enjoy a professional driving career with world-class, award-winning training and high operational standards. We offer a level of security, stability and opportunity that’s hard to find.

**To join us as a driver, you must hold a full UK driving license permitting 7.5 tonne (Cat C1) vehicles, CPC card and Digital Tacho card**. A clean license is preferred, but drivers with up to 6 penalty points may be considered (_depending on the offences_). Aside from the required driving qualifications, you’ll need to have a passion for driving.

You’ll start with a thorough induction and learn all the necessary practical skills from vehicle checks and safety at work to what good looks like. Then you’ll go out on the road with a Training Support Driver, to learn your route and get ready to go it alone. As a Multi-drop driver, you’ll be picking stock from the back of your vehicle at each stop, which keeps your day interesting and breaks the driving up. You will have **8-15** drops each day.
