We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Curriculum Designer to join LMP Education. As a Curriculum Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and improving our Teaching (Level 3 and 4), Early Years (Level 3 and 5), and Sports Coach (Level 4) apprenticeship programmes.

You will work closely with the curriculum manager, specialist tutors and other stakeholders in the business. Your innovative ideas, attention to detail, and deep understanding of the relevant apprenticeship standards will help shape engaging and effective learning experiences for our students. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational journey of apprentices.

**Essential** Responsibilities** _[_The below listed tasks/responsibilities are not exhaustive:_
- Work in collaboration with the Curriculum manager, tutors and IQA and different stakeholders in the business, required by the project._
- Curriculum Design: Collaborate with the specialist tutors to create comprehensive and age-appropriate curricula for teaching, early years and sports programmes, aligned with national or educational standards.
- Content Creation: Develop a wide range of teaching materials, lesson plans, scheme of works, and resources that promote active learning, critical thinking, and skill development.
- Learning Assessment: Design assessment tools, including formative and summative evaluations, to measure students' progress and ensure continuous improvement of the programmes.
- Learning Enhancement: Identify areas for curriculum enhancement, incorporating feedback from tutors, employers, and students, and make necessary adjustments to optimise the learning experience.
- Integration of Technology: Integrate technology into the curriculum effectively to enhance teaching and learning, fostering digital literacy and 21st-century skills.
- Professional Development: Support and provide training to tutors on the effective implementation of the curriculum and pedagogical techniques. And undertake own CPD
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including tutors, sales team, and administrators, to ensure the smooth implementation of the curriculum and its alignment with organisational goals.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular evaluations and audits of the curriculum's effectiveness and relevance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing and outreach teams to communicate the curriculum's value proposition to employers and the broader community.

**Qualifications**
- Internal Quality Assurance and Assessing qualifications (V1/A1, TAQA, CAVA etc.) (Desirable)

**Experience (Essential)**
- Previous experience creating curriculum
- Creating high quality interactive online materials

**Experience (Desirable)**
- Experience in teaching in a group setting and 1-2-1, face-to-face or online
- Experience in using online LMS

**Knowledge & Skill**
- Knowledge of the required standards relevant to the job role.
- Management of multiple deadlines
- In depth knowledge of current Ofsted Framework (EIF)
- Track record of practicing Internal Quality Assurance to raise standards on provision Continuing evidence of meeting or exceeding KPI’s in delivery and achievement
