Role Summary:
A crucial role working within the in-house photography team, overseeing and executing end-to-end photoshoot production. Perfect for a brilliant multi-tasker, you will take on production of all shoots, working closely with the in-house photography team to deliver best-in-class brand imagery on budget and time.

What You'll Be Doing:

- End-to-end management of shoot production and sample co-ordination for weekly in-house model and still life e-commerce shoots, plus seasonal creative/campaign shoots.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to; managing pre and post production schedules and timelines, organising and booking of models, crew and locations where required, liaising with suppliers and ensuring smooth running on set, sending out call sheets.
- Efficient and collaborative management of critical paths and workflow for all shoot productions, consistently organising and communicating the studio calendar to the photography team.
- Management of forecasting and budgets for the in-house photography studio, planning and estimating shoot costs, managing spend tracking and processing all estimates, PO’s and invoices.
- Manage talent sourcing and model casting, acting as point of contact for the photography studio’s supplier network (model agents, freelance photographers, videographers, stylists, hair & make up etc) and build our pool of talent and suppliers.
- Oversee production and booking of all team/suppliers including hair & make up, studios, locations, videographers etc for both weekly e-commerce shoots and seasonal creative/campaign shoots.
- Negotiate prices and usage rights with suppliers in line with business requirements.
- Location research, recce scheduling and permit organisation for location shoots based on creative direction.
- Oversee shoot schedule and day of shoot operations, ensuring schedules run smoothly.
- Manage and improve e-commerce imagery production process in regards to timings, coordinating internal and external teams, managing the shoot list, image queries, schedules, retouch, couriers and reshoots.
- Shared line management of our Photo Studio Intern.

What You'll Need:

- Highly organized, excellent communication skills and problem solver.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint/Microsoft Office, Google Docs.
- Production experience including budget management.
- Strong relationships with model agencies.
- Experience working for a fashion or lifestyle retailer preferable.
- Able to project manage various stakeholders across the business.
- Strong communicator and collaborator.
