Our client, specialising in the supply of beef cuts and trimmings from selected premium cattle are currently seeking packers and butchers to join their busy team, located just outside Portadown.

**Duties Include**:
Packing meat on production line

Boning and trimming meat.

Reporting any product which does not conform to specification to the supervisor.

Ensure production runs efficiently by working as a team.

Maintain health, safety, hygiene and food quality standards in accordance with company rules and regulations.

**Qualifications/Experience**:
Have previous experience of working in the food industry.

Have at least some experience of boning or trimming beef if working as a butcher

Possess good communication and team working ability.

Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team striving to achieve high levels of customer service.

**Hours of work**

Monday - Friday

07:00 - 16:00

Overtime Available
