Blutech recruitment are looking for factory operatives to join our client’s fabrication team on a temp to perm position.

You must be an enthusiastic person to assist in the manufacture and construction of bespoke steel products.

Previous experience in fabrication or construction would be ideal but not essential as training is provided.

**Your responsibilities will include.**
- Operating machinery, power tools & hand tools
- Fabrication of various steel-based components
- Partake in job specific training
- Assisting colleagues

**A few key skills and features we need potential operatives to have.**

Ø Ability to read basic assembly drawings.

Ø Assembly skills

Ø Good understanding of basic hand tools.

Ø Teamwork skills. Ability to work along others in our team.

Ø Good understanding of English language & speaking.

Ø Good time keeping.

**Working Hours**

7am - 5pm Mon
- Fri.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
