Physiological Measurements Ltd have extensive and award-winning experience in delivering community diagnostics, in particular community ultrasound services.

We are committed to providing as close to a Net Zero carbon footprint as possible, and are dedicated to the new exciting Net Zero programme.

We are now offering the exciting development opportunity to a Net Zero administrator to support in the implementation of the programme.

As a Net Zero administrator you will be responsible for gathering information around Physiological Measurements Limited’s carbon footprint both directly and via external sources (such as, suppliers, couriers, etc).

This role will require data gathering and processing into an efficient and fluid procedure towards the main Net Zero Programme.

**Net Zero**

Net Zero is the programme commissioned by the UK government, and are working towards a cleaner emission future.

Their mission includes the UK to be carbon net-zero by 2050, London to be net-zero by 2030, and to reduce emissions to 68% below 1990 levels by 2030.

Physiological Measurements Limited are committed to doing their part towards this goal.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Internal data gathered around existing carbon footprint and recording it for verification
- Creating a plan for Carbon reduction and presenting it for validation
- Data gathered from external sources linked to Physiological Measurements Limited Gathering data on PML carbon footprint, tracking emissions and producing regular reports on progress toward net zero goals.
- Identifying and developing alternative resources to worst performing existing resources against carbon emissions
- Supporting the company culture towards a cleaner carbon output and identifying new opportunities to improve carbon footprint
- To co-ordinate meetings and record action points in relation to the Net Zero programme
- Gathering and maintaining data, working towards the ISO14064 accreditation.

**Personal Specification**
- General understanding of relevant environmental regulations, policies and directives related to emission reduction and sustainability preferred.
- A dedicated person that is goal orientated & methodical in their approach, willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate on different professional levels
- Experience with using Microsoft Excel & other Microsoft office packages
- Self-starter, able to co-ordinate work independently
- Ability to prioritise and manage varied workload.

**Job Type**: Fixed Term - 6 Months

**Salary**: £22,000.00 P/A Pro Rata

**Education**:
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Work Location: In person

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
