**Facilities Co-ordinator (Administrator)**:
Bouygues Energies & Services Solutions - West Hampstead

Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Facilities Co-ordinator to join our Facilities Management team working at an Educational facility in West Hampstead (Finchley Rd). This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.

**Key Activities**:

- Provide effective and efficient administrative and compliance support, for the BYES FM service primarily at ESCP and its affiliated central contracts.
- Provide full support and effectively utilise the CAFM system (MAXIMO) to co-ordinate processes relating to finance, work orders, performance measurement systems, web-cycle and edifice.
- Assist the contract management teams by running and updating corporate reports and by running ad-hoc reports as required.
- Working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience in a similar role essential
- Strong IT skills including Maximo desirable
- Will be a good communicator with the ability to liaise with colleagues and clients
- Demonstrate good planning, organising and prioritising skills
- Good attention to detail critical
- Team player
