Shift Pattern: Days (Week 1: 0600-1500, Week 2: 0800-1700)

We’re supporting our client, a leading injection moulding manufacturer based in Rotherham, who are looking for a Mould Setter to join their growing team. The successful Mould Setter will have experience of Injection Moulding, machine operation and tool setting.

**Responsibilities for Mould Setter**:

- Operating and maintaining injection moulding machines.
- Ensuring that they are set up correctly and producing high-quality parts.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Machine setting and tool changes.

**About You**:

- Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Technician or Setter
- Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes and machinery
- Ability to set up and adjust injection moulding machines.
- Experience with advanced processes such as two-shot moulding, nitrogen gas assisted moulding, and insert moulding.
- Knowledge of high-value engineering polymers
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Relevant certifications or formal training in Injection Moulding are a plus.
