**Legal Secretary - Succession & Tax, Private Client**

My client, a leading law firm, are looking for a talented Legal Secretary to join their Private Client team based in the Bath office. Your responsibility will be to support fee earners at all levels of the Succession & Tax team from Paralegal to Partner.Their work is non-contentious including; tax and succession planning, probate and estate administration, trust administration, drafting and executing wills and powers of attorney.
- Diary management, ensuring appointments are accurately scheduled and catered for, this could include setting up telephone conferences or ensuring meeting rooms are booked for client visits
- Ensuring electronic and/or paper files are updated to maintain an accurate and accessible document
- Assisting with Trust administration

Ideally you will have experience working a Legal Secretary in a law firm or a professional services environment, even better from a Private Client background,but we recognise that there are lots of highly organised, driven individuals who are keen to learn new skills in a new role. If you like a challenge, are used to working under pressure and would like to work with a dynamic team that deals with interestingand varied work for a wide range of clients this could be the role for you.

My client is working in a hybrid way and envisage that will continue; ideally you will be based in Bath office (working from home one to two days a week if requested) and will, from time-to-time, need to travel to other offices. We would like someone whois able to work full time hours due to the nature of this role but there is a degree of flexibility on this.
