**Join the Michton Ltd chocolate team**

We are a chocolate factory based in Kenfig Industrial Estate, Margam who have been established since 1990. We manufacture solid chocolate, hollow chocolates, mints and much more. All our chocolate is made on-site in our chocolate factory and is sold to leading retail outlets in the UK and to a number of wholesalers.

We are looking for new team members to join our chocolate packing team as we take the company to the next level.

You will need to be an enthusiastic individual who is energetic, conscientious and able to work on your own. Our ethos is be positive, friendly and hard-working, with a focus on producing the highest quality products.

We train everyone in the team in a wide range of activities to create a strong, competent team. This means you will be involved packing a wide range of confectionery.

Previous experience of working within a food environment would be advantageous but not essential

Your responsibilities:

- Keeping written production records
- Ingredients handling
- Working on the wrapping machines
- Getting orders ready for dispatch
- End of day cleaning
- Adhering to safety and hygiene standards

Please note that some aspects of the role can be quite physical, particularly ingredients handling.

This is a full-time role. Normal hours are 07H50- 16:50 weekdays.
