Having secured growth-enabling funding in 2021, Method Grid has grown significantly. We're now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our passionate and talented team.

Whilst we're a SaaS (B2B) technology business, we also provide our customers with professional services/consulting expertise. Any experience in this space would be very beneficial.

We operate a hybrid working pattern. We work from the office (in Central Bath) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays - with remote days on Mondays and Thursdays.

**The Role**

We're looking to attract an experienced Marketing Manager who's capable of flipping between being strategic and hands-on. You'll have budget to engage with agencies and external providers, but we're not at the stage where we can offer a completely strategicrole.

The aim of this advert isn’t to describe what a Marketing Manager does - you’ll know this already But we're looking for someone who is passionate about their craft and will stop at nothing to help us build a successful business and a great place to work.

Of particular interest would be Marketeers who are highly-skilled in content creation, notably those who are avid writers. You're not on your own in this respect, we'll all assist, but having a keen interest in this area would be of significant benefit.We have our in-house design capability and website builders/manager to support improvement projects.

**About You**

You'll probably have worked in an emerging SaaS business previously - or have experience in marketing for consulting/professional services firms. But you'll also need to comfortable with - at least initially - a level of ambiguity. In terms of years of trading,we're still a young business; and while we've made huge strides in definining our value and mission, there will be inevitable amends that we have to make.

We use Hubspot. We've actually got a good level of internal expertise in how to get the best out of it, but we hope that you'll add to that.
