This highly respectable company are recruiting for Manufacturing Supervisors with previous experience in LEAN Manufacturng techniques and strong leadership skills to work closely within a well structured team.

**Requirements**:
For this position you will need to have proven supervisory experience within a small or large team environment and be happy to be very much hands on in the role working close with your team to achieve targets. Previous experience in a Manufacturing role is essential and confident in basic administrative tasks when required

**The Role**:

- Leading and working alongside your team to output high volume and high quality work
- Ensuring that the team are working to the latest SOP’s
- Responsible for the maintenance checks of the machines are being conducted.
- Communicating with management to ensure continuous flow of WIP
- Re-arranging resource to ensure efficiency of use of machines
- Support and drive problem solving and quality/process/performance improvement
- Maintaining high levels of attention to detail at all times, recording and communicating accurate technical measurements and readings
- Participate in recruitment and performance management processes
