Another exciting opportunity to join the Sales & Distribution Team as a Senior Group Sales Executive. You will play a pivotal role in effectively managing Group Sales booking enquiries, providing exceptional customer service to our customers, whilst maximisingrevenue by converting enquiries into bookings. The role will utilise sales tools available, to work closely with our Commercial Trading Team, to drive the right business into our sites, matching the needs of the customer, against the needs of Premier Inn -ensuring we deliver quality revenue.Who we are looking for

Competent in using Microsoft packages, you will also have exceptional attention to detail, be an effective communicator coupled with great influencing skills and not afraid of challenge. You make light work of any targets given to you and motivated by continuouslyhitting your KPIs.

**What you’ll be doing**

The role will include upselling F&B, managing call backs effectively and identifying future potential sales leads. You will be expected to deliver successfully on all customer and internal SLA’s and KPI’s, to increase revenue and to deliver against and exceedrelevant targets.

Supporting the Groups Team Manager, the Senior Group Sales Executive will act as a first point of contact for team enquiries, and to provide support and guidance where required. Providing expert technical knowledge on group processes and brand values. Ensuringan excellent and efficient service. Whilst being responsible for the successful management and resolution of day-to-day issues from travel managers, bookers, and stakeholders.

Supporting the Groups Team Manager to deliver an exceptional level of service to Premier Inn customers through foresight and support as well as business improvement activity.

- Be fully competent in using BART, Word and Excel.
- Broad understanding of the hotel market, in particular the budget sector.
- Ability to deal with escalated customer queries.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage time effectively to meet targets.
- Flexible and able to respond to changing demands.
- Good communication and strong influencing skills.
- Able to remain calm and objective under pressure, ensuring the right decisions are arrived at for all stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and adaptable.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to challenge and present analysis to support decision making.
- Results orientated track record.
- Previous customer service experience, minimum of 12 months.
- High degree of honesty and integrity.
- Positive team player.
