**Company Overview**:
Meraki Health is a float centre dedicated to providing a unique and rejuvenating wellness experience for our clients. We are currently seeking two part-time Float Centre Hosts to join our team. As a Float Centre Host, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. You will interact with clients at every step of their floating experience, from booking them in for an appointment to welcoming them into the centre, preparing them to float, and ongoing communication to cultivate an excellent floating experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting clients and providing them with a thorough induction to floating and why it can benefit their individual circumstances.
- Maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness and appearance of the reception area, change rooms, and other public spaces.
- Product and service sales - focus on selling memberships to customers.
- Creating & scheduling Social Media posts using Canva.
- Float tank maintenance - deep cleaning, changing filters, floor drains, topping up water/salt, checking various PH/H202 Buoyancy/water levels to ensure a sparkling clean floating environment for our customers.
- Lone working and opening the centre at the start of the early shift or closing the shop at the end of the day.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Strong work ethic, flexible schedule and willing to take on other tasks as required.
- Self-motivated and able to work with little to no supervision.
- Requires consistent quality work under strict timescales while remaining calm, attentive, and. compassionate towards customers.
- Physical ability to lift 25kg and perform manual labour as required.
- Passion for wellness and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- First aider or willing to undertake a 1-day emergency at work first aid course.
- Willing to cover holidays, planned/unplanned days off, and be flexible in doing other shifts as required.

**Hours**:
Monday: 12:30 pm - 9 pm

Wednesday: 5 pm - 10 pm

Thursday: 5 pm - 10 pm

Friday: 5 pm - 10 pm

Sunday: 8 am - 1 pm

**Wage**:£10.50 per hour
