As a Senior Residential Childcare Worker you will be a key contributor to our mission, providing leadership and guidance in the support of young people. **Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Provide leadership within the team to create a cohesive and supportive environment.

- **NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare**: Utilize your qualification to ensure a strong foundation in providing quality care.

**Requirements**:

- **NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare**: A must-have qualification for this role.
- **Experience**: Relevant experience in residential childcare or a related field.

- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaboration and coordination.
