**This firm is seeking a Corporate Associate 1-5 years PQE to join their award-winning team in Guildford, Surrey.**

**The Role**:
**Seeking a Corporate Solicitor 1-5 years PQE, this firm is looking to help you build upon your experience and offers an opportunity to work with an award-winning team based in Guildford.**

Joining the highly-regarded Corporate team, you will be working alongside the 10 experienced partners in one of the leading practices outside of London, and is aided by their **brilliant support** team. Teamwork underpins the values on which this department works. All of the fee earners in this teamwork in a colligate and cohesive way.

You will be working on a **diverse and captivating caseload **including Private M&A, private equity, high growth companies, shareholder agreements, corporate rationalisations/reorganisations, general corporate advising and more, meaning that no two days are ever the same.

**Requirements**:

- You will be a Corporate Solicitor 1-5 years of relevant PQE
- Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills
- An appetite for progression
