Nant Dowlais Health Centre opened on 1 July 2020, serving a 10,000 patient list in West Cwmbran. We are seeking an additional Care Navigator to expand our team.

Shift pattern

Monday - 12-6

Tuesday - Off

Wednesday - 12-6

Thursday - 8 - 1.30

Friday - 8-6
