We have an exciting opportunity for Product Make at Rolls Royce Turbine Components Business Unit in Derby. Your role will be to produce High Pressure Turbine Blades in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will operate safely to manufacture high quality products, and you will be expected to work flexibly within the team to deliver against customer demand. What you will be doing:
Manufacturing components through machining and inspection processes.
- Monitoring inspection data output and responding to errors.
- Controlling workflow through the cell. Cell housekeeping and involvement in cell improvement activities.
- Being flexible to operate to the manufacturing process as defined for production component manufacture.
- Supporting machine tools to ensure they continue to operate as effectively and efficiently (e.g. part loading and unloading, inspection, managing consumables) & managing cell workflow to ensure parts are produced to the required schedule

- You will have a knowledge and experience of CNC machining;
- Must have knowledge and experience of EDM processes;
- knowledge and experience of inspection;
- NVQ 3 qualifications in engineering would be preferred but not essential.
