**Position** **Summary**:
Responsible for supporting sales team in drafting change orders and provide request for information gathering support. Provides additional support to the Advanced Diagnostics Division where needed.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Work with sales leadership to develop organizational goals
- Propose and independently implement solutions to the sales process, involving key stakeholders at important milestones
- Work with the Business Development Team to complete change orders and enter data into the Salesforce CRM ensuring data integrity
- Collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure contracts align with Company standards and are within guardrails set by Leadership
- Review and identify standard contract terms for consistency and accuracy
- Provide analyses of sales team performance to drive Divisional growth
- Proactively partners with Operations to have a firm grasp of our processes, test menu, etc. to assist in appropriate pricing/discount offerings, escalating where necessary
- Ensures contracts coincide with current budget tool as approved by President Advanced Diagnostic/Finance and/or client specific rate cards
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Serves on other work groups or committees as requested
- Other duties may be assigned

**Position Objectives**:

- Achieves desired level of competency and accuracy for the main department processes
- Communicates effectively with all levels of staff
- Effectively schedules and manages resources to meet department goals
- Adheres to NeoGenomics Laboratories core values, safety, compliance, and Company policies and procedures

**Education**:
Bachelor’s in Life Science, Biology or business-related field required

**Experience**:

- A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years in corporate environment, preferably healthcare with well-rounded understanding of contracting and laboratory processes

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
- Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations function involving process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas
- Experience with system implementation and upgrading
- Multi-location and international background
- Superior understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives, including NeoGenomics’ core values of Quality, Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, and Innovation
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve
- Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills at all levels of the organization
- Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills
- Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments
- Proficient with MS Office programs
- Keen attention to detail
- Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional service orientation
- Must be able to work in a biohazard environment and comply with safety policies and standards outlined in the Safety Manual
