HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

You will join a team of experienced Operating Model Consultants to work on a major firm wide transformation programme. Your role will primarily include Operating Model design - mainly focused on org design, process and change, which will feed into the delivery and support phases of the programme.

IDEALLY, WE’D LIKE:

- Demonstrated experience working as an Operating Model Consultant in a consulting environment.
- Experience with Operating Model design - organisation design and process.
- Transformation programme delivery experience including change management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

- Management Consulting experience
- Rate - Neg (Inside IR35)
- Contract duration - 6 months
