- Hold a recognised Speech and Language Therapy qualification.
- Be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Have a genuine passion for helping children with special needs achieve their communication and learning goals.
- Demonstrate strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
- Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Show dedication to continuous professional development and staying current with the latest therapy techniques and strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessments to determine individual speech and language therapy needs.
- Develop and implement personalised therapy plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to therapy.
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting therapy as necessary.
- Provide support and training to school staff in speech and language therapy techniques.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to stay updated with best practices.

**Salary**: £36,670.00-£43,460.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
