Roofer/general Builder

**The Building Maintenance Company** is a long established business, providing commercial property maintenance services to retail, pub/restaurant chains, charities, care homes and well-known businesses across the UK.

We are looking to recruit an experienced General Builder to carry out reactive maintenance repairs on our customers' multiple premises throughout Teesside and North Yorkshire. You'll be working mainly unsupervised, working one man per van, but you'll work alongside other teammates on bigger jobs. We work for a variety of commercial customers so the work is varied and interesting.

The basic working week is 40 hours Monday to Friday. There will be the opportunity for plenty of overtime for those who want it.

We're looking for people who are willing to learn new skills and turn your hand to minor jobs of other trades too. So, if you have roofing experience and/or some joinery skills that would be great.
- A company van and fuel card will be provided, therefore a valid driving license is essential.
- You will also receive a uniform, PPE and smart phone.

- We offer 21 days holiday plus 8 public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
