**Key Responsibilities**:
The key responsibilities of a Sales Manager include, but are not limited to:
**Delivering results**
- Achieve and aim to exceed all monthly and annual targets agreed with management team.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive product development.
- Support digital marketing team with content creation - image and video.
- Support customer retention.

**Being responsible**
- Adhere to sales process and fraud policy, ensuring all necessary checks are made and any suspicious activity is reported.
- Treat all customer fairly and be aware of circumstances where PCR might suffer risk or financial losses due to customer actions or inactions.
- Adhere to current data protection legislation e.g. GDPR, ensuring company and client data is kept safe and secure and only used appropriately.

- Work collaboratively ensuring a close and effective working relationship with the operations and logistics team.
- Actively engage in performance reviews and coaching sessions develop skills and capability to ensure delivery of results through coaching and performance management.
- Successfully complete all internal and external training required for the role.

**The Company**

Prestige Contract Rental was founded in 2018. It is a successful and profitable company that specializes in the long-term rental of Prestige vehicles to consumers and small businesses. PCR typically rents cars for a 12-month period with a nationwide deliveryservice, but due to an excellent customer retention rate, the majority of customers renew their agreements. This demonstrates a clear focus on getting customers into the cars they want at a reasonable price.

We're looking for high-energy, flexible, and dynamic individuals to help us double the fleet over the next 12-18 months.

**The Person**

The key skills and qualities of a Sales Manager are:

- Strong interpersonal skills and an outstanding phone manner.
- IT skills and confident able to deal with customers or all types nationally.
- Full car driving license is essential.
