My client is looking for a professional either with supervisory experience in a similar environment looking for a step up in their career or someone with hotel management experience looking for a change.
The Role:

- Great organisational & communication skills.

- Good interpersonal skills and staff management skills.
- An ability to motivate & direct staff with enthusiasm & professionalism.
- Previous hospitality supervisory experience.
- Able to work evenings & weekends and some overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Training & monitoring staff performance.
- Day to day management of the hotel.
- Ensuring Health & Safety procedures.
- Ensuring high levels of service.

Ideally you will live locally with your own transport (however accommodation could be available short term).
This position carries a salary of between £25000 to £32000 depending on experience.
