Packing Administrator

We’re looking for a **Packing Administrator** for one of our main clients based in a picturesque rural location just 9 miles from Dorchester
It’s a fixed term 6-month contract offering the hourly rate of £12.19 per hour.
Working hours: 7:30 - 17:00.
In this role you’d be responsible for providing administrative support to the packing department by dealing with data entry and processing of orders in collaboration with all departments and line leaders.
Your main tasks would include:
- Data entry on company systems
- Reviewing production orders to ensure accuracy of data and check for system alerts.
- Problem solving to resolve system alters
- Contributing to improvements in quality and performance targets
- Supporting the production team to ensure plans are being followed, and targets achieved.
- Good verbal and legible written communication skills
- Basic knowledge and understanding of operational processes and procedures.
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Good attention to detail
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
