Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conducting general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry work
- Performing repairs on electrical systems, appliances, and fixtures
- Inspecting premises for maintenance needs and addressing them promptly
- Installing and repairing doors, windows, and locks
- Handling basic landscaping duties including mowing lawns and trimming hedges
- Responding to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers in a timely manner
**Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment for maintenance work
- Strong knowledge of general repair techniques across multiple trades
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with tenants and property managers
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £11.44 per hour
