Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Florist to join our friendly team. Our business is growing and we are looking for someone with the following skill set.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and arrangements to meet their needs
- Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, wreaths, and other decorative displays
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and other floral supplies
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of orders

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working as a Florist or in a similar role is essential
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

**Skills**:

- Ability to sell floral products and upsell additional services

Working in our fruit shop is also required. Creating luxury fruit baskets.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and track orders
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Florist: 1 year (required)
