Email Marketing Executive

About the Role:
Key responsibilities include:

Educating and informing marketing campaign managers and other key stakeholders on the extent and limitations of our eMail marketing capability.
- Maintaining and sharing data models and rulesets that are native to the eMail Service Provider/technology such that they can be understood and audited as part of Arcos broader data governance.
- Supporting imports and exports of customer data in and out of the eMail marketing system in support of broader CRM activity

About you
- Solid understanding of CRM operations in a mid/large B2B business
- Expert level operational experience in relational databases and data manipulation (Alteryx or similar and SQL databases).
- Expert level operational familiarity with Enterprise eMail technologies and marketing automation technologies.
- Expert and proven knowledge of the latest eMail marketing techniques and best practice.
- Working understanding of data protection legislation
- Day to day operational management of 3 rd party technology vendors.
- Working knowledge of end-to-end Marketing Operations in mid/large B2B businesses.
