**About this role**
The **Painter **is responsible for the painting and shot blasting of all Valves and associated equipment that is processed through the painting workshop within the Score Europe Valve Division.

Primary responsibilities
- Ensure you are working at maximum capacity to meet target dates and deadlines
- Support other workshops where required and where the priority dictates
- Ensure all details are being recorded on painting job cards
- Ensure all work carried out is to the highest possible standard and compiles with specifications
- Ensure all equipment being used is within calibration date
- Participate in the weekend rotas when applicable
- Provide Technical support to other departments on any Painting/Shot-blasting issues
- Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with Score Europe policies, procedures and work Instructions
- Embrace continuous improvement exercises and endeavour to improve efficiency, profitability, quality and delivery performance at all times
- Responsible for ensuring that Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality and general housekeeping standards are maintained at all times
- Ensure all departmental equipment and tooling is maintained regularly and records are kept up to date
