Sales Negotiator

James Dean came into existence in 2007 with the merger of David James in Brecon and Dean MacMahon in Builth Wells. We opened our Abergavenny office in 2020. Our aim is to be the No 1 Estate and Letting Agent in the area. We are a family run business who are forward thinking, hardworking and passionateabout property and people.

We are looking for a negotiator to join the team in our busy Abergavenny office.

We are looking for someone hard working and passionate. Good communication is very important and so we are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and who has the drive to hit company goals.

Experience preferred but not essential.

This role includes activities such as:

- General office admin
- Booking in viewings and valuation appointments
- Dealing with offers and negotiating sales
- Sending out the relevant paperwork to parties involved in a transaction - Dealing with sales progression
- Providing clients with updates and advice
- Sales & letting prospecting

We welcome progression in the company and there are qualifications you can undertake to progress your career. This is for the lettings and the estate agency sides.

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Office Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am
- 5:30pm Saturday: You will work every other Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm Please note: There will be occasions when you will finish later.

Lunch times: 1 hour for lunch and these are staggered as the office does not close.

Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays running from January to December.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abergavenny: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
