We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and hard working individual. The successful applicant will report to the Fitness & Wellbeing Manager and will be expected to deliver exceptional service to all our Club Family Members.

**Job Purpose**
Ensure all children are happy, comfortable and well-cared for within the crèche and that there is interaction with the children at all times, whether adult or child led.

**Job Tasks/Duties**
- Opens the crèche and ensures that each child receives a warm welcome, attention and care.
- Ensures that children are signed in and signed out correctly, and that the parent location is noted in case of an emergency.
- Assists with developing stimulating and varied play activities for all children as appropriate to their age, abilities and cultural backgrounds.
- Hygienic changing of children nappies in a safe way.
- Keeps a daily register and other records regarding the crèche, i.e., children’s accident, nappy changing records etc.
- Complies with organisational policies and procedures whilst actively promoting the principles of equal opportunities and working in a manner that maintains a safe, healthy and supportive environment for children at all times.
- Helps develop the creche by introducing new initiatives and services, or other arts and crafts projects.
- Ensures room is tidy and equipment is stored safely.
- Raises any concerns regarding the welfare of children with the Crèche Manager (or Crèche Supervisor in their absence).
- Helps develop an environment where parents feel comfortable leaving their child in the crèche, and their needs and anxieties are understood and responded to sensitively by crèche team.
- Maintains strict confidentiality related to information concerning children and their families.
- Learns new skills by participating periodically in training courses and seminars and shows enthusiasm and support for ad-hoc activities outside of the crèche such as parties and special events.
- Ensures all health and safety and child protection policies are upheld and is aware of the

emergency evacuation process.
- To ensure a high degree of personal presentation and hygiene in line with the company’s dress and appearance policy.
- To be a positive ambassador for the Company’s CARE values at all times.

**Licenses and Special Requirements**
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
