**About the Team**:
The HR Operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. **Responsibilities**:

- Lead, define and drive the regional EMEA Mobility & Immigration strategy to achieve set goals;
- Lead a team of EMEA mobility and immigration professionals across different locations; coaching, mentoring team members as required;
- Support the business by providing strategic mobility & immigration advice on a variety of initiatives;
- Oversee and lead the International Remote Working Program;
- Oversee the business’ immigration and mobility program, re-design existing programs and create new programs based on business needs;
- Work closely with Tax and Relocation vendors, ensuring a high level of service is received, reviewing services, and raising any service issues;
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders;
- Manage a new country set up from a mobility and immigration perspective;
- Manage and oversee all cross border transfer activity;
- Identify opportunities to improve mobility & immigration processes to meet business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Experienced Leader with Global mobility/International assignment experience gained in a corporate/high tech environment;
- Leading a team that operates across different regions;
- Comfortable navigating a constantly changing and ever evolving matrix environment;
- Proven ability to adapt, demonstrate flexibility to changing priorities and work situations;
- Be able to explain technical concepts in a simple and comprehensive way to colleagues without an immigration background;
- Problem solver, you will run towards issues and strive to find solutions and improve processes;
- Creative and strategic thinker, and where required able to resolve navigationally complex scenarios;
- Demonstrated success working with cross-functional and cross-HR teams, leveraging excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence where necessary;
- Project management, change management and transformation skills and experience advantageous;
- Knowledge of EU immigration laws and regulations.
