Fox Morris are working with Hammersmith and Fulham Council in relations to finding a Category Specialist to start work ASAP

**Responsibilities**
- This role manages the delivery of end-to-end procurement activity allocated within the category

working with the a range of senior officers across the council
- It provides strong leadership and effective management of contract and supplier management to

maximize value for money
- The role leads and delivers all small and medium size procurement projects within the category

plan, ensuring the council is compliant with the national regulations and continually enhances its
local regulations
- The role analyses and provides solutions for complex technical challenges when procuring and

supports the category manager with large procurement projects.
- The role delivers solutions that support the development and continuous improvement of the

category plan and wider council procurement strategy

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.

**Salary**: £300.00-£350.00 per day
