**Trainee Traffic Management Operative - Gloucestershire and surrounding area**

Fibre Networking Solutions Ltd have partnered with some of the UK's leading Fibre ISPs (Internet Service Providers) to bring best-in-class technology to their business, ensuring their network is fully supported enabling them to deliver a seamless experience.

**Job Details**:

- You’ll be challenged with rewarding assignments, ensuing the safe delivery of traffic management for our wider team.
- Upholding our traffic management Policies and Procedures and working within the framework of Health and Safety Legislation.
- Setting up safe traffic management sites, in line with the National Highways Sector Schemes 12D, 12AB and 12C and relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Undertaking risk assessments in line with traffic management policy.
- Trainee Traffic Management Operatives will be part of a team, initially in one of our training squads and then moving over to working with a team leader to provide you with mentoring and support on a day-to-day basis.
- Traffic Management Operatives will be responsible for a variety of tasks including risk assessing, planning, implementation and managing traffic sites.
- You will be working outside in all weathers so can't be too afraid of getting a little wet, if you are interested in joining the growing team we just ask that you are a team player, dynamic, able to manage your own workload, and willing to learn
- A driving license is essential due to the nature of this role.
- Flexibility to work overtime, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
