**About the role**:

- You will be required to maintain a high standard of work with great attention to detail- Operating and cleaning assembly and production machinery and also hand-held tools- Informing Supervisors of faulty machinery or production issues- Basic testing and quality checks- Storing goods and raw materials in a factory or warehouse, which may involve operating lifting equipment- Adhering to relevant health and safety regulations when operating machinery and handling products- Keeping work areas and the factory floor clean and free from hazardous material- Adhering to operational procedures and production timelines- Be willing to work under pressure to meet customer demands- Collaborate effectively as part of a team or work independently- Must be able to drive as training will take place in Compton- Have experience in a wood working or manufacturing background**More about the role**:

- Starting from £24,000.00 per year- Monday to Friday- Overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular rate- Performance bonus
